Mint Condition. Oversized A3 Poster (320mm x 450mm). Designed to self promote ‘Invisible’ which was the name my design partner (Dave Smith) and I used whilst we were both freelancing at MTV Europe in Camden Town. Printed on 160g Recycled Stock, Pantone Cool Grey 10, Pantone 1227 & Pantone Silver 877. 100 Originals Available.
This original poster was designed on February 5th 1995 and printed shortly afterwards by Steve at Pega Print, Sheffield, England.
This poster features a combination of handmade elements and has three overprinted layers of content. The dark grey layer was designed on the Mac before being printed out and then cut and pasted into a unique layout. The peach layer is a combination of Letraset, cut and pasted found elements as well as hand drawn notes. The Silver layer also features handwritten notes, found ephemera such as receipts as well as elements that were cut and pasted from Mac print outs.
Poster comes signed and mailed in a screen printed Thisisme.art recycled tube.
